Start by booking a complimentary consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs. This is our chance to get to know you and see if our approach aligns with your vision for health and fitness.

Based on our conversation, we’ll design a customized training and nutrition plan tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle. Whether you choose 1-on-1 personal training or a coaching plan, your plan will be crafted to maximize results and fit into your daily life.

With your plan in place, begin your workouts with our support and guidance along the way. Track your progress, join our Skool community for extra motivation (completely free!), and enjoy the journey as you start feeling stronger, healthier, and more mobile.

1 on 1 Training Option

3 month minimum commitment required

WHO IS THIS PERFECT FOR?

Ideal for those new to fitness, are dealing with a specific injury/rehab request, or are looking for accountability.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Nutritional guidance & customized nutrition plan based around your goals.

50 minute virtual sessions (number of sessions/week depends on which plan you choose).

In depth intake assessment including goal setting, fitness level and mobility levels, medical history, and lifestyle/nutrition factors.

INVESTMENT

$699/month for 2x a week training.

(Save 10% when you pay for 3 months in full, or save 20% when you pay for 6 months in full.)

Personalized workout program for the days you exercise alone.

Weekly check-ins to track your progress.

Personalized support from your trainer via text/email 24/7.

Full access to the AMC Skool Community where you'll have access to like-minded individuals, exercise library, mini courses, and so much more.

$999/month for 3x a week training.
