We're Josh & Vera, a personal training duo passionate about helping men and women improve their fitness, movement, and mobility for a healthier and active lifestyle.

Having worked with such a diverse population in the health and fitness world for a combined 15 years, we've learned a thing or two about helping our clients reach their goals. Our backgrounds are as diverse as can be - rehab, sports training, weight loss, and injury prevention - all of which have given us a well-rounded toolkit to tackle any challenge when working with our clients.

If life's curveballs or nagging injuries have thrown you off course, just know that you're in good hands with us. We've been through the whole trying-everything-but-seeing-no-results ordeal ourselves, so we get it.

Vera Volinski

CO-FOUNDER OF AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT CO.

With over 7 years of experience as a personal trainer, Vera has had the pleasure of working alongside a diverse range of clients on their unique fitness paths. From training athletes to supporting individuals in injury recovery, muscle gain, weight loss, and everything in between, Vera has been there every step of the way. Drawing from her background in psychology and behavioural therapy, Vera fine-tuned her skills as a certified personal trainer and fascial stretch therapist. Vera's years of experience have brought her to a point where she has developed a holistic approach to fitness and training that prioritizes the well-being of both the body and mind.

Joshua Presley

CO-FOUNDER OF AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT CO.

Joshua has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in helping individuals overcome chronic pain and reclaim active lives. A competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete, Josh has won a Pans title, placed 2nd at Worlds, run a marathon, and completed a sprint Ironman. He has worked as a Fitness Manager at GoodLife, and a few other boutique gyms helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and has coached professional athletes on how to overcome injuries from the NHL, CFL, AHL, and NFL. Josh is driven by a passion for empowering others, standing for integrity, and fostering meaningful connections. He enjoys travel, adventure, and experiencing different cultures and ways of life.
